In the unlikely event that we cancel a course, We understand that our students have made a commitment to their education and we want to ensure that they receive the full value of their investment. If we cancel a course, 

If a student experiences technical issues accessing our online learning platform, we will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly. However, technical issues are not grounds for a refund. We believe that it is the responsibility of the student to ensure that they have the appropriate equipment and internet connection to access our online courses. If a student is experiencing technical issues, we encourage them to contact our technical support team for assistance.
