Bitva.in – Cancellation & Refund Policy

We at Bitva.in are committed to delivering high-quality learning experiences to both students and educators. We also understand that, in some cases, unforeseen circumstances may arise which require a cancellation or refund. This policy outlines the conditions under which you may request a refund and how such requests will be processed.

Please read this policy carefully before making any payments or enrolling in any course on our platform.

🕒 Cancellation Timeline

  • You may request a cancellation and refund within 7 calendar days of reserving your seat or making a payment, provided you have a valid and verifiable reason.
  • After 7 days, no refund will be provided under any circumstances, except where Bitva.in is unable to deliver the course or in cases of exceptional emergencies that are verified.

✅ Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

  • Major Valid Reason
  • Medical emergencies (self or immediate family) with proper proof
  • Technical error leading to duplicate payment
  • Accidental or unauthorized transactions with immediate notification
  • Inability to access the course despite multiple support attempts
  • Course not starting within the committed timeframe (on Bitva's side)
  • Timely Request
  • Refund request must be initiated within 7 days of registration or seat reservation.
  • Minimum Usage Clause
  • Refund is only applicable if the course has not been accessed beyond 10% (e.g., first module or initial few lessons only).
  • If downloadable content has already been accessed or certificates issued, no refund will be processed.

❌ Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Change of mind or personal inconvenience
  • Dislike of teaching style or content without valid concern
  • Technical issues at the user's end (device issues, internet problems, etc.)
  • Already accessed more than 10% of course content
  • No communication for more than 7 days after registration
  • Request made after the 7-day refund window

📌 Important Instructions for Refund Request

To request a refund, the student must:

  • Email us at support@bitva.in with the subject line: Refund Request – [Your Name]

Provide the following details:

  • Full Name
  • Registered Email ID and Phone Number
  • Date of Registration / Payment
  • Reason for Cancellation
  • Supporting Documents (if any)

Once received, our support team will evaluate the request and respond within 3 working days. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.

💼 Course Rescheduling or Credit

In some cases, rather than processing a refund, Bitva may offer:

  • An option to shift your admission to a future batch
  • A credit coupon of equivalent value for another course
  • This will be communicated and finalized only upon mutual agreement.

⚖️ Rights Reserved by Bitva

  • Bitva.in holds full rights to accept or reject any refund request based on its assessment.
  • All decisions by Bitva management regarding refunds are final and binding.
  • Refunds will be made only through the original payment mode (e.g., UPI, credit/debit card, net banking).
